The year is 1976 and the ad in
the St. Louis Post-Dispatch begins:"Perhaps
you've wondered why we put a major shopping center
in the middle of a field."
It then explains: "Because
Chesterfield Mall wasn't built as an end in itself. In
a few years, it will be in the middle of town.
It is the beginning of Chesterfield Village."
So began the 1,500-acre master-planned community
in Chesterfield, Missouri that today is widely regarded
as the economic and cultural heart of West St.
Louis County, Missouri.
With new and existing office and
retail space available for lease - and more than
350 acres of land ready and available for development
- there's room for you and your employees at Chesterfield
Village. |
